Free conference system instructions
- Dial the conference number 0844 991 6699.
- Press 1 to join a conference or 2 to set up a conference.
- If 2 is pressed you will be given a unique 6 digit code. Make a note of this code. It will stay valid for thirty days.
- Arrange a time with all of the calling parties and give them the six digit reference number.
- Dial in at the agreed time, press 1 and then enter the six digit code.
- State your name.
- Controls . Press *5 (Star Five) to mute and *5 to un-mute.
- At the end of the call, or to leave the call, simply hang up. You can rejoin the call, if it is still active, at any time.
